My recipe was adapted from a Food Network Recipe. Basically I used a mandolin to thinly slice a potato and then sauteed garlic, thyme and rosemary in some oil. Brush some of the infused oil on the pizza dough. In retrospect, I would have started the dough in the oven. But anyway, add the potato slices to the oil and cook for 5-10 minutes. Separate the slices as best you can as you layer them on the pizza dough, barely overlapping. Add cheese and sausage and that's it. Cook until dough is done and cheese is melted, about 20 min.:)
